He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Chenoweth (Darrell) of Thompson Falls; his grandson Garrett Reinschmidt (Lindsay) of Kalispell; his sister Sherry Callahan (Tom) of St. Goerge, Utah; his nieces, Ashley Triplett and Rhianna Blair (David); his nephew Mike Ward (Rewa) of Boulder, Colorado; his pet Rocky; Isabella.
In lieu of flowers, Jack requested a donation to a local animal shelter.
