“From the Team Whidbey family, our deepest condolences to the MacMillan family. Billy Mac was the heart of NAS Whidbey and led dramatic change with transition of the EA-18G Growler and P-8A Poseidon. More importantly, he was a friend and empathic leader loved by the entire team. Always willing to go the extra mile to support others. Scott Smith, Team Whidbey member”
