He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom H Veltkamp and Alice Bos Veltkamp; his siblings, Bob, Roy, Doug, Don, Nelson and Susan; and his daughter Terry Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Richard (WA) and Christi (AK); and his brother Bill. He is also survived by 4 grandsons, adopted granddaughter, 4 great grandsons, & 2 great granddaughters.
