He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Woodring and Alma Woodring; his nephew James Woodring; his brothers, Clint and Pat; and his sister-in-law Vonnie.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Larry, Susan, Robin, Janet, Jerri, Chad Kimpton (Cheryle) and Jim Woodring (Kim); his great great grandchildren, Susan and Jerri Thueson (Erik); his brothers, Marvin, Bob and Johnny; Bobby Daly (Jasmine), Dani Lindeman (Tony), Brad Daly (Maggie), Robin Kirscher (Keith), Amy Kirscher, Shannon Meier (Jamie), Joseph Kirscher, Janet Riddle (John), John Jason Riddle, Jesse Riddle (Korey), Julie Blotkamp (Drew), Chris Thueson (Anne) and Lindsay Tschache (Rhett).
Viewing was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (101 S Walnut St, Townsend, MT 59644). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
