The passing of Mary Ann Welch of Townsend, Montana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 19, 2025 at the age of 76. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jo and Elmer Olsen; her siblings, Annette Lee Swisher, Roy Olsen, Ada Martin and Donna Martin; her children, Delbert Henry (Shauna), Randy Welch (Jami), Elizabeth Clarkson (Eli) and Greg Welch (Clare); and also, Shane Welch, Wade Welch (Mary Lou), Melanie Kimmel (Kevin) and Marnie Welch (Doug Heiser).
She is survived by: her brothers, Bill Olsen and Gary Olsen. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Townsend (916 Broadway St, Townsend, MT 59644). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at the Deep Creek Cemetery (50 Deep Creek Cemetery Rd, Townsend, MT 59644).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Townsend LDS Church, whose support has been deeply appreciated during this time, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
