In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Shirley's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Storkson and Margaret Storkson (Miller); her husband C. Lee Emery; and her grandson Joshua Hollen. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Lockhart (Chris), Toni Hollen, David Hake, Trudy Anderson and Patricia Suber (Patty); and her siblings, Eloise Egvedt, Betty Whitman and Richard Storkson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bonners Ferry Funeral Home (6485 Harrison St, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805).
