She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Richmann. She is survived by: her husband John Benedict; her brother Marc Richmann; her daughters, Abby Thomas (Andy) and Kara Johnson; her niece Sara Whitehead (John); her stepchildren, Brian Benedict (GeeHae) and Michelle Davidson (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Ellen, Roland Thomas, Megan and Gavin Davidson.

Memorials may be given in her memory to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
