He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Foster and Ruth Ostland Foster; his sister LaRae; his friends, Brent, Bill and Joe; his wife Wendy Bloxom; and his daughter Lindsay.
His final gift was the gift of life through organ donation-4 lives saved.
