We are sad to announce that, on April 25, 2026, at the age of 74, Wendy Billing of Wibaux, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Kramer and Shirley Kramer (Bixby). She is survived by: her children, Waylon Billing (Melissa) of Broadus, Montana, Justin Billing (Brandy) of Seeley Lake, Montana and Chelsey Smith (Gary) of Godley, Texas; her grandchildren, Brandi, Brooke, Lauryn, Jett, Sailor and Asher; and her siblings, Mary Jo Kramer of Wibaux, Montana, Linda Lucero (Chuck) of Great Falls, Montana, Rita Barthel (Larry) of Billings, Montana, Judy Bushman (Rob) of Wibaux, Montana, Susan Hinek (Ty) of Bowman, Tammy Stewart of Little Rock, Arkansas, Joy Burman (Mark) of Glendive, Montana and Jim Zinda (Montana) of Wibaux. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
