She was predeceased by : her parents, Moir Hazelwood and Ruby Hazelwood; her husband Burl Hardy Sr.; and her sons, Daryl, Eddie and Burl Jr..
She is survived by : her son Al Hardy; her sister Lena McArthur; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, D. J., Anna, Danielle, Brooke, Luke, Mikayla, Ashlyn and Kaylee; and her great grandchildren, Kiya, Brynlee and Avery. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
