He is survived by : his children, Karen Wheeler (David) of Raeford, Donna Thomason (Michael) of Cameron, Steven Floyd Evans (Donna) of Aberdeen and Tommy Wayne Evans (Beth) of Vass; his sisters, Kathleen Slawson of Florida, Mildred Needham of Florida and Dale Howard of Morrisville; and his great great grandchild Shane Burton.
