He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McNeill and Jessie Mashburn McNeill. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Sue Jeffries, Flora Tucker, Helen Jeffries and Johnnie McNeill; and his close friend Judy Pope. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glendon Independent Christian Church (148 Glendon Church Rd, Glendon, NC 27325).
