She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles W. Sandy and Minerva Souders Sandy; her former life partner William C. Garner; her husband Daniel West; and her daughters, Delores Kimball and Janet Lorenzen.

She is survived by : her daughter Sharron Fry (Mark). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
