It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dillard Ceasar of Aberdeen, North Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Ceasar and Ollie Brown Ceasar; his sister Frances Ceasar; his stepson Rodney Wilkins; and his nephew Jeffrey Ceasar.

He is survived by : his wife Sarah Wilkins of Willingboro; his siblings, Mai Ceasar-Fleming Holland of Cameron and Billie Ceasar (Floyd Ceasar) of Aberdeen; his niece Yasha Fleming of Fort Bragg; and his close friend Franklin McLeod. He is also survived by five stepchildren, ninety step-grandchildren, five nieces, ten nephews.
