She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Adamski and Mary Chmielewski Adamski; her husband James A. Capstaff; her children, Kathleen Sapienza and James Capstaff IV; and her siblings, Eleanore Kiely, Tecla Barber, Raymond, Joseph and Lewis Adamski.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Anne Wayne, Mary Stratis (Spiros), Ellen Jackson (Rick), Theresa McManus (Mark), Joseph Capstaff (Vicki) and Gerard Capstaff (Ellen); and her children-in-law, Stephen Sapienza and Theresa Schneider. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
