She is survived by: her children, Dr. LaQuoia Johnson of Advance and Carl Johnson, Jr. of Advance; her siblings, Jean Turner of Suffolk, VA, Paula F. Jennings of Woodbridge, VA and Darryl K. Jennings of Atlanta, GA; and her granddaughter Angela Johnson of Advance. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
