He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond C. McGee and Rachel Hazeline Snow McGee; and his brother Steve. He is survived by : his wife Dee McGee; his daughter Chani Noel; his granddaughter Tatyana Noel; and his pet Chips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Union Cross Moravian Church, 4295 High Point Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
