Though Billy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John West and Mattie West; and his wife Jean West. He is survived by: his children, Mark West (Kelley) and Lori West; his sister-in-law Barbara Smith; Becky, Carmen and Louise. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Methodist Church.
