She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Moxley and Boonville; and her siblings, Dorothy, Kathleen, Margaret, John D, Mable Clara, Jack, Bobby Joe and Wanda Lou.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Myrtle Caudle Moxley; her children, Lynn Longest (Ryke) of Raleigh and Joel Hunnicutt (Mary) of Winston-Salem; and her grandsons, Patrick Longest (Susannah) of Raleigh and James Harner (Payton) of Kannapolis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
