He was predeceased by : his father William "Avery" Gordon; his sister Judy Craig; and his great grandchild Elijah Wyatt. He is survived by : his wife Frances Bean Gordon; his sister Rebecca Hartman; his sons, Billy Gordon, Mark Gordon and David Gordon, Jr.; his stepsons, Bobby Sealey (Shannon) and Donald Sealey (Christine); his grandchildren, Ginger Bennett (Bernie), Dana Sealey, Brittany Smith (Zach), Bobby Ray Sealey, Jr. (Meghan), Taylor Anders and Sarah Sealey; his great grandchildren, Tyler Wyatt, Walker Smith, Ellie Grace Sealey and Ada Mae Sealey; and his nephews, William Mobley and Thomas Craig (Darcey).
