He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom Talbert and Olivia Martin Talbert; his wife Teresa Lynn Talbert; his sons, Matthew Talbert (Alyssa) and Nicolas Talbert; his siblings, Tommy Talbert, Sammy Talbert (Maria) and Denise Leach (Neil); and his granddaughter Sophi Talbert.
