We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 64, Ethel Rosetta Rhodes (Advance, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Frank Hooks; her husband Mitchel Rhodes; her siblings, Billy Joe, James Hooks and Rose Lee; and her stepdaughter Vickie Rhodes.

She is survived by : her mother Bonnie Osborne; her daughter Amy Gardner (Jody); her grandchildren, Finn and Atticus; her son Billy Keegan (Amy); her grandchildren, Spencer and Slate; her siblings, Don Hooks and Ressa Stroud (Lee); her nephew Terry Lee; her stepchildren, Jason, Luke and Deanna Rhodes; and her pet Ginger.
