She was predeceased by: her father Lester Reynolds; and her brother Lee Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband Steve W. Smith; her children, Dewetta Smith and Steve W. Smith, Jr. (Christel); her grandchildren, Courtney Gunter (Austin) and Cody Smith; her great grandchild Finley Gunter; and her sister Carolyn Everhart.
