She was predeceased by : her parents, Clayton Gregory and Leona Mitchell Gregory; her former life partner Charles Melvin Jones; and her husband Walter "Pat" Edwards. She is survived by : her siblings, Tom, Kenny, Ed Gregory, Ella Mae Byerly and JoAnn Ireland; her children, Judy West (Billy) and Don Jones (Debbie); her granddaughter Gerri Hicks (Scott); her great grandchildren, Cassidy and Reese Hicks; and her brother Melvin Gregory Johnny Gregory (Wilma).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kate B Reynolds's Hospice Home or Bible Baptist Church.
