He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baxter and Bonnie Baxter; his stepmother Clara Baxter; and his brothers, Joe Baxter and Jim Baxter.
He is survived by: his wife Kitty Baxter; his sons, Andrew (Alicia) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Hannah and Griffin; his siblings, Linda Hook and Bill Baxter (Joy); and his sister-in-law Sandy Baxter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
