She was predeceased by : her parents, William Eugene Duggins and Eunice Estella Burrow Duggins; her husband Bobby Lee Payne; and her brothers, Homer, Elworth, Clyde, Velmo, Harold and Bobby Duggins.
She is survived by : her children, Douglas Payne (Carolyn) and Susan Kapps (Tim); her grandchildren, Misti Binns (Sean), Scott Payne (Silvia) and Brad Payne (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Christopher Binns, Abby, Isabella, Connor Payne and Campbell Payne; and her sister Annie Lee Stewart.
