He was predeceased by : his mother Viola Permelia Speas Rowe; and his stepmother Judith Bellamy Rowe. He is survived by : his father Jerry Herman Rowe; his wife Carla Hicks Rowe; his sister Melissa Westendorff (Martin); his nephews, Eric and Karl Westendorff; and his legged family, Winston, Sammie, Mollie and Milo.
