He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Marshall Hoover, Sr. and Eva Nell Pope Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dellinger Hoover; his children, Kelly Gunzenhauser (Eric) and David Hoover; his grandchildren, Casey Gunzenhauser and Reid Gunzenhauser; and his siblings, Johnny Hoover, Gene Hoover and Kay Nicholas.
