He is survived by: his wife Sandy Talbert; his children, Stephanie Goldsborough (Brandon) of Greensboro, NC, Christine Packard of Bolivia and Richard Talbert, Jr. (Carrie) of Waxhaw, NC; his siblings, Patty Brown (Charlie) of Lake Gaston, Shirley Scruggs (Jim) of Miami, OK and Jack Talbert (June) of Reston, VA; and his grandchildren, Emily, Charlotte, Samuel, Luke and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
