She is survived by : her great grandchild Sophia Isabelle; her husband Charles; her children, Ruthann Sabon-Blackmer (William) of Argyle, NY, Suzanne Schweitzer, Daniel Schweitzer of Winston-Salem, NC and Mariah Mishue (Trey); her sister Cathy Palazzo; her niece Mary Palazzo of Thomasville, NC; her siblings, George Hixon (Letty) of Stormville, NY and Laura Van Amburgh (George) of Poughkeepsie, NY; and her cousin Jerry Di Muro of Bonners Ferry, ID. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Ruthann donated to many charities, but her favorite was Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
