He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Russell and Verna D'Ambra Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Ann Kirby Palmer; his daughters, Crystal Gallo and Lisa Timpe; and his sister Janet. He is also survived by one granddaughter; one grandson; and two great-grandchildren.
