He is survived by: his father Arnold Neal Humphrey; his brothers, Richard Humphrey (Dawn) of Jamestown, NC and Clyde Humphrey (Debbie) of Greensboro, NC; his siblings' children, Holly Humphrey, MD (Jan) of Winston Salem, NC, Hailly Humphrey-Rutledge, AuD and William Humphrey (Kristen); his friends, Betty Ann Wooten, Lou Hudson, Sallie McLarty and Brooks Truitt; Alex of Winston Salem, NC and Katie Bobbitt (Tyler).
