He is survived by: his wife Brenda Louise Young; his daughters, Tonya Louise Bowen of Conway, NC and Tina Bowen Bryant of Conway, SC; his grandchildren, Karley Breann Bryant and Bowen Edward Bryant; his brother Phillip Keith Bowen Sr. (Ann); his sisters-in-law, Sherry Young (Earl) and Shelia Conner (Ray); his sibling's children, Phillip Bowen Jr. (Amy), Cody Hurdle, Deago Conner (Chastity), Dewayne Conner, Grover "Bo" Young, Kelly Young, Amanda Bowen Vann (Charlie) and Lou Futrell (Luke); his cousin Webster "Gil" Gilbert Jr.; and his half-siblings, Arthur Pete Slaughter and Paulette Slaughter Smith.
