He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Boone Lowe and Jesse James Lowe; and his siblings, Thelma Elliott, Betty Bigelow, Nellie Bryant, Rena Broglin, Robert and Jesse Lowe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Brittenham of Ahoskie, NC and Billy Lowe (Sheila) of Rocky Mount, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
