She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Joe" Martin and Rachel Harrell Martin; her husband Robert Ayers; her nephew Charlie Ayers; and her siblings, Joann Vann, Kathy Leonard and Donnie Martin.
She is survived by: her sister Jeanie Dilday; her nephews, Joe Martin (Susan) of Conway, NC and Ken Martin (Lisa) of Conway, NC; her niece Stacie Clarke (Patrick) of Sunbury, NC; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan Williams (Kevin), Mollie Jernigan, Savannah Martin, Hunter Martin, Dustin Martin and Cody Martin.
