He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Ramsey and Irene Baum Ramsey. He is survived by: his sister Diane Ramsey of Altoona, PA; his niece Kimberly McDermott (Jerry); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cheyanne and Chloe of Northern Cambria, PA.; his nephew Christopher Nealen (Cari); his great-nephew Cory; his great-niece Ruthie of Ellicott City, MD.; and his significant other Joe Peele. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Aulander Cemetery.
