She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Sharpe and Reatha Jenkins Sharpe. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Howington (Vanessa) of Smithfield, NC, Ginger Melton (Victor) of Chesapeake, VA, JoAnn Jones of Newport News, VA and Joan McCullough of Suffolk, VA; and her sister Mildred Green of Maryland. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
