He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lucy Shoulders Baker and Roy Neicman Baker; and his siblings, Alice Baker, Dorothy Baker, Lake Baker, Faye Fulton (Art), Clara Showalter (Walter), Beaulah White (Woodrow), Helen Robbins, Winifred Williford, Bob (Ruth), Edward, Frank and Sam Baker (Hilda).
He is survived by: his wife Patsy "Pat" Ledford Baker; his children, Cindy Baker Tinkham (Woody) of Aulander and Michael Baker (Janet) of Varina, Virginia; his grandchildren, Genesa Baker, Josh Baker (Genie), Candace Jenkins, Anelle Joyner (Russ) and Patrick Terry (Emily); his great grandchildren, Jack and Olivia Baker; his grandchildren, Gavin, Jacob, Grant, Jamison Benton, Dawson Jenkins, Madison, Mason Joyner, Parker, Paige and Payton Terry; his sister Frances McCarthy; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Williford and Carlton Robbins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
