He is survived by: his wife Vicki Leigh Johnson Harrell; his children, Jason Harrell (Paula) of Ahoskie and Katelyn Harrell Dotson (Jonathan) of Blackstone, Virginia; his granddaughters, Kendall Harrell and Rhiannon Dotson; his brother Chester Harrell (Angela); and his nephews, Brian Harrell and Douglas Harrell. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service - Ahoskie Chapel (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A burial was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ahoskie Cemetery (1500 1st St E, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
