She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harrell and Edith Stanley Moore. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim White of Powellsville, NC, Shenita White of Ahoskie, NC, Erica White of Ahoskie, NC, Darlene White of Newport News, VA and Shel-Wanda White of Raleigh, NC; her siblings, Fredia Askew of Colerain, NC, Rochelle Moore of Newark, NJ and James Harrell, Jr.; and her daughter Sheresa Perry of Colerain, NC. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Hill Baptist Church (2321 NC-45, Colerain, NC 27924).
