He was predeceased by: his parents, William Loftin Loy and Omie Hagood Loy; his sisters, Rachel Rumbley and Debbie Walter; and his great-nephew Shawn Fralick.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda L Wilson; and his sibling's children, Lisa Henderson, Michael Williamson and Jeff Hudgins.
