She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin White of Alamance County and Gladys Gray of Columbia, SC.; and her sisters, Wanda and Katie Gray. She is survived by: her children, Ekamona Gray of Burlington, NC, Ashley Marshall of Cary, NC and Jonathan Gray of Graham, NC; her brother Hubert Lee Gray of Kinston, NC; her grandchildren, Ashley Gray, Chris Gray, Taniya Dunn, Rahaniya Moore and Riley Boston; and her great grandchildren, Kalayah Dunn, Kellani Dunn, Tayten Gray, Carter Gray and Kyriee Mozell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She also loved to collect teddy bears and donate them to local nursing homes.
