She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartimus Harper and Ann Elizabeth McDaries Harper; and her siblings, Judy Overman and Jerry Harper. She is survived by: her husband James Richard Kelley; and her sons, James Matthew Kelley, Daple Clevland Riley III and Darren Daryl Riley. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
