He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Craven "Wink" Kerns and Sandra Ezzell Kerns; his children, Molly Kerns, Emily Shoop (Eric) and Conner Kerns (Savannah); his grandchildren, Charlee Shoop, Russell Shoop, Emmett Shoop and Hazel Kerns; his siblings, Chris Kerns (Debi Oakley), Randy Kerns (Happy) and Kelli Jones (Todd); his significant other Shelly Recker; and his son Jack Recker. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
