He is survived by: his wife Denise Merrell Cott; his children, Steven Cott and Carrie Cott Edwards; and his siblings, Allen Cott, Terry Cott, Brenda Cott Jones and Sheila Cott Maurice. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
