She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Earl Overman and Lena Grace Gentry Overman; her son Billy Steve Whitehead; and her siblings, Joe Overman and Karen Jeffries.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Whitehead, Jr.; her children, Robert C. Whitehead (Jennifer), Johnathon "Mikey" Whitehead and Leslie Shoffner (Jacob Harrelson); her grandchildren, RJ, Violet, Mykah Whitehead, Dylan, Coltyn, Bayley and Mallory Shoffner; and her siblings, Billy Wayne Overman, Sr. and Misty Bailey (Brandon). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
