It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Eudora Shoffner Johnson in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Graham Johnson; her parents, Daniel Moody Shoffner and Blanche Isley Shoffner; her son Cecil Johnson; her grandchildren, Tammy Goodwin and Timothy "Bo" Florence; and her siblings, Ruby Longcrier (Mabel Newton), Colon Shoffner, Winfred "Chunk" Shoffner, Hervey Shoffner, Rev. Billy Shoffner, Phalti Shoffner and Dover Shoffner.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda J. Newsom (Danny); her daughter-in-law Cathy Johnson; and her grandchildren, Billie Caison (Ken), Stephanie Hancock (Matt) and Jennifer Bryant (Nolan). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
