She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William "Bill" McKinley Loy and Oneida Clapp Loy; her husband Hubert "Bud" Vernon Isley; and her siblings, Virginia Fausel, Kemp Loy and Rev. J. C. Loy.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Isley Billings; her grandson Mike Billings (April); her great grandchildren, Hayden, Audrey and Lucy; her sisters-in-law, Agnes Loy and Norma Loy; and her caregiver Betty Garner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
