He is survived by: his daughter Jessie Lynne Phillips (Nathan Ernest); his grandchildren, Marley, Baylee and Emmett Ernest; his brothers, Dale Phillips (Marilyn) and Dean Phillips (Bonnie); his nephew Matt Phillips; his aunts and uncles, Thomas and Florence Phillips Rich; and his close friend Randy Ingle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
