He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce C. Conklin and Alma B. Conklin; and his sisters, Martha Jane Conklin and Betty Flint. He is survived by: his wife June C. Conklin; his daughter Teresa C. Kirkpatrick (Graham H. Kirkpatrick III); his grandchildren, Graham H. Kirkpatrick IV (Sarah), Jacy C. Kirkpatrick (Daniel) and Shea K. Kirkpatrick; his daughter Lisa D. Conklin; and his siblings, Nellie Moon and Jim Conklin.
